MENTORSHIP
Mentorship is at the core of everything we do. It can be as complex as an Archetypal Figure in the lives of young heroes, or as simple as sharing knowledge and experience with the next generation through 1 on 1 conversations.Â

For most young people, it is simply about showing up - consistently, and authentically.Â

AKADEMICS
Akademics is about researching, developing and delivering innovative and creative programs and services to young people in the community. Sharing Knowledge, Passing Down Wisdom and Skills from one generation to the next.Â

NAVIGATION
Helping Young People Navigate through life's modern complexities and equipping them with the tools so that they can find their own direction in their own lives. Leading alongside, not from the front. And knowing when to hand over the compass when it is time to depart.Â

AUTHENTICITY
To be Authentic is the Mentors highest call. When young people are introduced to Authentic Adults and Mentors, they are empowered to live a life in accordance to their truest values, virtues, and selves. It is about Talking the Talk, and Walking the Walk.
